The 800-km stretch of the Nepal Himalaya is the greatest in the world with eight peaks that rise above 8000m including Mt. Everest. Ever since the country opened its peaks to climbers in 1949. Nepal has more than 1300 peaks above 6,000 meters. And eight of the 14 peaks above 8,000 meters are here in Nepal , the Nepal Himalaya has become a great mountaineering place activity and the drama of success and failure have provided impetus to thousands of men and women to the ultimate challenges. The Nepal Himalaya has been an attraction to many people, be they saints, philosophers, researchers or adventures.

March, April and May, October and November are the five optimum months to summit a peak in Nepal. Out of the five months, October and November are the most popular months since the blue skies and the high snow lines offer the trekkers the right conditions for a great trek.

Our trips in Nepal are designed for fit trekkers who are looking to extend their experience to higher altitudes. Over three weeks, you will gradually trek in to the mountain, taking time to acclimatise, before the ascent to the summit from a high camp. Both climbs are on low angled snow slopes, where basic crampon and ice axe techniques, a lot of effort and some luck with the weather are required for success.
